Birthday Cricut

Here is a card I made for a little boy's birthday at church.  I used the cricut cartridge Birthday Bash and then used my Martha Stewart score board to make the envelope.  It was smaller than what I expected but I guess he liked it.

Scrapbooking

I'm trying to do more scrapbooking this year. This uses the SU Celebrations DSP (retired) and accents (available on clearance). I usedPaper Doll for Every Day and Jubilee welded on the gypsy. Paper is Melon Mambo, Soft Suede, and Pacific Point CS. I don't scrap in order and this is for a picture of grandaughter several years ago.

Christmas

Well, last night was our Christmas program at the church. I am usually the one in charge of the program. For part of the program I needed a fake cake, so I decided to use my Cricut. It wasn't really fancy since I am pretty busy with all of the other aspects of Christmas, work, and taking care of my granddaughter and foster child, but this is a little bit of what I did. I made 9 of these boxes from the Tags, Bags, and Boxes cartridge and put candy in and then put the circle on top and cut cardstock for the sides to hold it all in place. One of the girls carried it down the aisle for a birthday cake for Jesus. I think i used Birthday Bash for Happy Birthday and the flowers.

I cut a circle out of George Basic Shapes and then cut in half so that I could run it through the Cuttlebug. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the "icing" on the sides. I also made little gift boxes but I forgot to take a picture of them.

Granddaughter's Fingerprint Art

I used Sale-A-Bration Ice Cream Parlor Paper, Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink for the flowers. Title is Daffodil Delight. This was some fingerprint art that my granddaughter did last year. I finally got around to scrapbooking it. She did decorate it a little bit with doodling after she gave it to me last year. Used the cricut for the flowers and title.

Scrapbooking

This 12 x 12 scrapbook page includes a 6 x 6 mat of soft suede cardstock. I built the 12 x 12 around the matted piece. I matted it with Autumn Traditions DSP from SU (retired). The title is on whisper white matted on soft suede. I used the ticket punch and sponged the edges. I also used the word window and modern label punches for the subtitle.

For the background, I stamped the images from Autumn Splendor on Dusty Durango. The acorns are Always Artichoke from the Cricut. You can't see it but I put a border down on the bottom of leaves cut from the cricut using More Mustard and Always Artichoke to go with the DSP. The ribbon is just miscellaneous ribbon that I had.
