I am not very good at coloring but trying different mediums.  This is the retired Pastels from SU.  I have another one where I colored it using the Blender pen and ink.  I like both.  Once I finish the other card, I will post it as well.

Thank You Card

I seem to gravitate to Thank you and birthday cards.  Here's another Thank You using retired paper and colors.  Certainly Celery is retiring.  Here I used the Best of Flowers in Starfruit with in color dahlias and Pretty Postage stamp set which is also retiring for the Greeting.  I think I will use this for my workshop Thursday as one of the cards.

Natural Composition


Paper:  Baha Breeze, River Rock (retiring), Natural Composition DSP
Ink:  Bravo Burgundy (retiring)
Stamps:   Trust God and Papillion Potpouri
Tools:  Apothecary Accents framelits, Elegant Butterfly Punch, Natural trim ribbon, sponging, pearls

Sponged the Natural Composition paper with bravo burgundy ink and wiped excess off.  Shortened the apothecary accents by doing only one side at a time.  Used the combination of colors suggested by the Color Coach (which is also retiring and will have a new one).

Better Late than Never

I haven't posted anything for a long time.  Life sure does get busy.  Here are a couple of birthday cards.  I'm supposed to have a party next week.  Not sure which to use.
