This uses the new petite pennants builder punch along with the new Pennant Parade stamp. I used the new In Color Pool Party cardstock and ink. The center stamps are punched out and has Crystal Effects on them. I used the Decorative Label punch for the greeting. Cannot remember what stamp it is from.
